Plankinton and Kilbourn Halls


The Miller High Life Theatre has two large rooms, Kilbourn and Plankinton Halls, that are available for ancillary functions tied to events in the main performance hall, or for smaller, separate events. Both rooms are carpeted and have their own restroom facilities. Bookings in the main performance hall have first right of refusal for the use of these spaces. Past uses have included:

Plankinton Hall

Plankinton Hall

Plankinton Hall, on the second floor, is the larger of the two spaces, at 6,131 gross square feet; it is also acoustically superior, with a vaulted ceiling and acoustical wall panels. Plankinton Hall is the home of “Backstage at the Miller High Life Theatre” concerts and other branded events.

Kilbourn Hall

Kilbourn Hall
Kilbourn Hall is the smaller of the two rooms. It is on the main floor level of the Miller High Life Theatre and connected on the same level to the UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena main concourse. Large murals by Thorsten Lindberg depict several Milwaukee founders.
